In the wake of the events following the Japan earthquake and resulting tsunami, nuclear energy stocks plunged. Conversely, solar energy stocks saw a sharp increase as fears arose around the safety of nuclear power sources. I had the opportunity to sit in on a brief Arizona 12 News interview with Gary Dirks, the director of LightWorks here at the ASU Tempe campus.
